This issue has been resolved. Any data entered in HCM that has not synced to Payroll can be resolved by re-saving the applicable employee profile in HCM.

We are currently investigating an issue that impacting the ability to edit HCM and Payroll data and related syncs. We expect to have this issue resolved shortly.
